We have been serving the Greenville community since 2002, and we are located in Building B of Hampton Walke office complex off Wade Hampton Boulevard. Our goal is to provide excellent chiropractic care for the entire family in a pleasant and professional atmosphere.
We offer chiropractic manipulative therapy as well as physiotherapeutic modalites such as ultrasound, electric muscle stimulation, spinal traction, cold laser therapy and kineseo taping. We also offer massage therapy and nutritional counseling services. In addition, we are pleased to announce that we are certified to perform Department of Transportation physical exams for drivers who maintain a CDL. We strive to provide our patients with an exceptional experience from the time they walk into our office until they leave. Thank you in advance for allowing us to serve you and help you to live a healthier, happier life with chiropractic, massage and nutrition care!
At your first visit to Carter Chiropractic Center, one of our doctors will explain the science behind how chiropractic care works, and give you a full evaluation to see if chiropractic care is right for you. If there is a good fit, we can develop a plan of chiropractic care that is specific to your condition and health goals.
